Super Dupa Aguri SA06 Part III
Ok guys, i finally finished the mapping of the post Hockenheim Aguri version. No i have to reconvert it back to 3ds max and reassign the shader. Then Shaun will get a mapping layout and a z3d file so he can start painting hopefully tonight.
R26 [3/6] – Canadian GP
Hey Guys!
I thought I’ll never paint this, but I’m very proud of it. It is painted as close as possible to the real one. Also, the Shape in the preview is Canadian GP Spec (and don’t worry about the normals near the cockpit, they’re going to be fixed).

Steering wheels, the last one …
It’s the last one. The Honda steering wheel ready for a lick of paint, all others are ingame now. Kizz’s modelled this wheel some time ago and I have reworked it a bit, mainly to make it a bit more consistent and the same as the others I did, so they all have a consistent look and feel throughout.
Kizz already did a large amount on the paint, which I will rework to fit the modified/remapped wheel, that should be done by tomorrow / Friday, …. after that I’ll begin LOD work. The last steering wheel screenshot and post 🙂
Video refound
I am currently cleaning and reorganising my harddrives and I stumbled upon an older video from 2005. It’s a capture from the Bahrain F1-Coverage on the dutch channel SBS. We finished the first proper version of the Bahrain-track for F1Challenge a few months before and they asked if they could use it during the coverage. We prepared a version and a kitbashed 2005-wanna-be-Toyota. I later got a capture of the show and cut it to this little piece of history. 🙂

Yesterday, SA Updates, now this… CTDP’s in Constant Motion… (DT Fans will understand…). Also yesterday, I’ve finished the exams… so now I can be a full time painter. I spent all the afternoon and evening (that’s why I wasn’t on Messenger), and finally, after 5 or 6 hours, I came with this…
So, here’s the kitten of CTDP 😉
Hope you like it guys… next will be Canada… the most pain in the rear I’ve ever seen…
Super Aguri SA06 Shape finished
After Marko sent me the SA06 Upgrades i had a deeper look at it and found some things i wanted to fix. So it took me some time to finish the shape but now i’m happy with the result. I hope i’ll find the time to map the car this week so Shaun can start painting the texture.

a Little help needed
Hi all,
Anyone out there in the community that has any decent photos of the Super Aguri SAO6 steering wheel would be greatly appreciated. We have some but they are not suffcient to recreate the model accurately.
As a little progress update, all wheels are ingame except the Honda wheel by Kizz which is WIP, and the Aguri which I am about to model.
