Steering wheels

Hi there CTDP fans.

With work progressing we thought it might be a good time to show some more shots. With steering wheels on the Spyker, Red Bull, Toro Rosso and Ferrari more or less done since our last news on steering wheels. Two shots showing a preview of what they look like in-game, and also showing a bit of the cockpit for the first time.

Note: These shots are still a WIP, and as such are not final, such things as LCD fonts, colours etc are subject to change, until all wheels have been finalised some things may change from what is shown.

The screenhots shown however, should give a good idea as to what it will mostly be like, and if you don’t like it, now is the time to voice your opinion, raise any issues you may have, and let us know.

I should have wrote this earlier, I was away for a week and I’m responsibile for all email submissions. So I’m late with replies and will have to catch up.

Add: Oh and as for the carlendar, I prepared for somebody in the team to put up the new screenshots, but either nobody felt responsible or forgot it. 2 screenshots will be up in the next few days.

Backfire Pictures needed

Hi guys, this time i have nothing to show (not yet 😛 ) but i need help. I want to do new backfires but i can’t find good pictures of F1 car backfires of seasons 2005,2006,2007. Maybe there are no backfires on newer f1 cars. So if anybody has a good material of it, let me know and post it in the comments. Thanks so far!

Scuderia Toro Rosso Season Upgrades finished

Ok guys, i finished the Scuderia Toro Rosso Season Upgrades. So only LOD’s left and this car is totally finished. I’m currently working on the BMW Upgrades which contains a lot more upgrades than STR. I atteched only 3 shots of STR to show the most recent upgrades but there are a lot more (one for each GP raced in 2006).

The weekly McLaren-Screenshot as arrived. This time it gets a little bit hotter, than usual. 🙂

Helmets Part II

Rob finished all his Season Helmets,too. Shaun did 33 Renders to show the quality ;). Again it’s “only” one rendershape, but ingame each driver has the right shape with the right manufacturer.

Working …

Well not much to show, we are working on the upgrades, finished the first teams for good, for example Toro, Ferrari and Midland. I finished all 8 Toro Rosso Liveries and hope to never see this car again. Andy is composing all upgrades for the car. We are also trying which we actually can use and so far our tests are promising to bring you a big variety.

We post more, when we have more to show to you.
