I am currently cleaning and reorganising my harddrives and I stumbled upon an older video from 2005. It’s a capture from the Bahrain F1-Coverage on the dutch channel SBS. We finished the first proper version of the Bahrain-track for F1Challenge a few months before and they asked if they could use it during the coverage. We prepared a version and a kitbashed 2005-wanna-be-Toyota. I later got a capture of the show and cut it to this little piece of history. 🙂

Hello Everybody! (Hello Doctor Nick!)
I finished the new menu background, I love it, I hope everybody else in the team likes it as well, so far they have been quite. 😉
Now I started finishing some open tasks from my assigned bug list. Texture errors, flipped logos, missing or wrong driver names. The small stuff that makes the mod taste bad when it’s not discovered. Whenever some bug or issue is raised here in the comments or in forums, we add it to our list and review the problem.
We appreciate your feedback, because we got alot good notifies, thanks! 🙂

Download mirrors
Small update on the homepage. Thanks to Remus for notifying me about some dead download mirrors. They are removed now. If you know webpages that host our stuff (any game) (registered download or free) please contact us, so we can add them.
We would also like to invite webmasters to contact us, who want to participate in the launch of F1-2006 and mirror it. It’s not next week you know, but it’ll come handy.
Need help with tracks to work with the mod

Hello Community.
Surely you know that there are very many versions of different tracks. Many variations by different people. To make our upgrade-system work for all of them we need the names of all versions which you think you will use with F1-2006. There will be all car upgrades (physics & graphical) throughout the season. To get them to work right with all tracks and give you the correct laptimes, tyres and more, we need your help.
So we ask you to create a list of all tracks. Please check this threads if all your tracks are included.

Honda textures done
Finally I finished the final saving of the Honda-liveries. The original textures were painted by Kizz and I did the final touch up. fixing things, adding last stuff. Another car with 8 trackliveries is now done. Three more teams remaining. 🙂
Workload 1994
One of the aims of the development blog was to give you a more transparent look at what we are currently doing and what the status of the mod is. We know we seem to work slow, we very often hear criticism about it. We are in no hurry, we don’t have to proof anything, we work on it for fun and we release it once we feel it is ready for release. This is one of the advantages we have earned in the last few years.
Still people complaining are bugging us. It is demotiving and doesn’t help anyone. Often I have the feeling they don’t know what workload it actually is to produce such a mod. So we started compiling a list of all tasks involving the 1994 mod. I don’t claim this list to be complete, but it gives you a rough overview what we will be facing once we are done with 2006. The list for the 2006-mod was about the same length.
