Ferrari 1994 WIP part 1
June 3, 2009 – 9:51 pm by (CTDP)MikeyI’ve been working on the Ferrari for a few months now, updating the texture to 2048×2048. I still have some changes to make, sponsors to add, plus the other specific race liveries, but I wanted to show some of the progress so far.
This is my first job for CTDP, but I hope you like what you see at the moment!

Awesome stuff Mike. You look to be doing a great job seen as its only your first time. Looking forward to seeing the complete model, but at this stage its really good.

@F1Racer: We try to identify as many unique track-liveries as we can, but given the tough amount of sources, I guess we will make a selection of the most notable. Especially the lower teams switched logos pretty much every GP and many of the sponsors can barely be identified. Simtek is horror, mediocre can tell you.

Well its ok, to be honest what I actually look forward for are especially the physics of the car and the sounds. Of course the shapes and high quality skins are very important to bring us back in time. The switching logos for GPs would be a bonus
.About sounds part hope it will be possible to make it as accurate as u can, because I love how those F1 cars sound. They don’t make things how they used to, I know I’m a nostalgic but 80′s and 90′s were the golden years of Formula 1.
